What is Docusign?
DocuSign is a leading eSignature solution that allows you to send documents for secure, legally binding signatures in just a few clicks. It eliminates the need for printing, scanning, or mailing, saving valuable time and reducing manual effort.
How it Works
With this new integration, you can effortlessly send Sales Orders or other transactional documents for signature directly from SAP Business One:
- Recipient email addresses are automatically retrieved from the linked Business Partner’s contact details.
- The intuitive DocuSign panel lets you choose the document type, monitor signing status,and easily resend if necessary
- Once sent, recipients can review and sign the document by simply clicking a link in their email no DocuSign account required.
- After signing, the finalized document is instantly uploaded to the relevant SAPB1 record and a copy is emailed to the signer for their records.
