Discover Quick Create a game changer for Service Call and Supply Order creation! With just a simple scan of a QR code, customers can now create these critical documents instantly, streamlining workflows.

This new feature empowers users to take control of their requests, making the process faster, simpler, and more efficient than ever before. Whether it's requesting service or ordering supplies, Quick Create puts the power in your hands, transforming how you interact with Avanue SAP; saving you valuable time.

Empower your customers with the tools they need to manage their equipment independently and effortlessly, while enjoying the convenience and control that Quick Create offers.

Step 1: Scan the QR Code

Find your equipment and locate the QR code on it. Open the camera on your smart device and hold it up to the QR code. A box will appear around the code, and you can then simply tap on it to open the link to Quick Create.

Step 2: Login

After scanning the QR Code on your equipment, you will be taken to the Quick Create login screen. Using our secure login screen with emailed passcode authentication, log into Quick Create to begin creating!

Step 3: Begin Creating!

Navigate the web page to view your scanned equipment information as well as be greeted with the options to create Supply Orders and Service Calls. Tap on the Supply Order or Service Call buttons to begin creating!

Create a Supply Order

By clicking on the Supply Order button you are able to begin creating a new order. Only related parts and supplies will populate in the matrix where you are able to select and de-select them according to what you'd like on the order. When complete, you press the save order button down in the bottom right and then you have successfully created a Supply Order!

Create a Service Call

By clicking on the Service Call button you are able to begin creating a new Service Call. Here you will be able to populate all of your desired information for the call. When complete, you press the save request button down in the bottom right and then you have successfully created a Service Call!
