When using vCare the sales order will be generated with the following details:

SS 1
  • Contract ID.
  • Equipment Number.
  • The default item code will be retrieved based on the alerts, allowing the team to review and select the correct part number.
  • The order will be created with an unapproved status.
  • Remarks will be automatically populated from the vCare system, including thetoner color code required. The total count can also be added in the remarks field.
  • The shipping address associated with the Equipment ID will be auto-populated at the order level.
