When using vCare the sales order will be generated with the following details:
- Contract ID.
- Equipment Number.
- The default item code will be retrieved based on the alerts, allowing the team to review and select the correct part number.
- The order will be created with an unapproved status.
- Remarks will be automatically populated from the vCare system, including thetoner color code required. The total count can also be added in the remarks field.
- The shipping address associated with the Equipment ID will be auto-populated at the order level.
